RE:SPECT, or Incheon Youth Group (인천청년그룹) in Korean, is a collaborative initiative between Student Governments within Incheon-based universities in order to foster and promote various cultural events and interests of the youth in Incheon.
After its inaugural meeting held in Incheon National University and the roundtable discussion with the Mayor of Incheon, Mason Korea hosted its second meeting on April 30 to discuss the upcoming Incheon Youth Culture Road (인천대학로, tentative English name) and support the hosting of the Overseas Korean Office and 2025 APEC in Incheon.
In large, this meeting is an extension of the engagement of our University and its Student Government with our larger community of Incheon. Not only has RE:SPECT been a cornerstone in the development of our long-term relationship with Student Governments within universities in the larger Incheon Metropolitan Area, it’s truly exciting to see the growing recognition our Incheon Global Campus universities have received.
I look forward to where this exciting partnership and collaborative environment brings us in the future!
